Don’t Cut Out Your Treats!

Let’s face it – we all have our favourite foods and snacks. It’s great when you’re able to snack on them … however if you go over board on them, and have been on a high diet of high calorie foods – it’s time to limit them.Most people make the mistake of cutting it off completely. This is a bad idea. Life is suppose to be about enjoyment, and food is suppose to be satisfying, but in moderation.You see, you don’t need to cut your favourite foods out 100%, rather it’s about cutting it down or limiting the portions of not so nutritional foods.So plan to limit your treats gradually, and enjoy them in moderation.
