I just got married last month.  The wedding was beautiful and I couldn’t be happier.  We got married on the beach and had the reception at a really nice restaurant over looking the water.  My husband and I love to fish and the beach was the perfect place to tie the knot.  After the wedding we left right away for Costa Rica.  We want to do some serious fishing and that’s just what we did.  We had a wonderful time.  When we got home we had the opportunity to open all the wedding gifts. Looks like Microsoft still hasn’t given up with their Zune. And I’m glad they haven’t. It’s not that I’m totally against the reigning champ Apple’s Ipod’s. I just believe that they are not all they are cracked up to be.  

For instance I get a lot of calls to see if we repair Ipods in my Atlanta computer repair shop. Now that could be because of the large user installed base. But, who knows. The problem is the larger Ipod’s just don’t last very long. I have friends who proudly tell me they are on their 5th or 6th Ipod. Meanwhile my wife’s Zune is three years old, and is working as well as it ever did. And I’m still using an 6 year old Toshiba 40gb player that is still going strong. 

It looks like the new Zune could be pretty interesting, we’ll see how it all comes out in the wash.
