Jay Z
The famous rapper Sean Cory Carter, was born on December 4, 1969. He and his siblings were raised by their mother Gloria Carter in a housing project in Brooklyn, New York. Sean Carter (aka Jay Z), was abandoned by his father at a young age and around the age of twelve, Jay Z shot his brother in the shoulder for stealing his jewelry. Sean Carter attended a high school in Brooklyn with well known rap artist AZ, until the school was shut down. After attending a technical high school in downtown Brooklyn with fellow rappers Norotious BIG, and Busta Rhymes, Jay Z claims to have been caught up into selling drugs. He did not graduate from the technical high school.
