I think it is interesting when countries that are no where near each other have similar cultures. Take for instance Australia and United Kingdom. Australia was a british colony back in the day. For a while it became a prison for the British. As a result, today Australia’s culture has a lot of similarities with the British. People left hand drive uk, they also left hand drive in Australia. Geographically, they are very far apart. It would make more sense for Australia to have a lot of influence from the Asian countries. I think it’s amazing how cultures adapt over time.
