General features of phone systems

A system of communication using telephones is called a  phone system . Essentially it helps in the communication of information without the communicator having to go to the person for whom the communication is meant. In modern technology, a phone system is a structure made up of interconnected telephones. These telephones and the connections make up the phone system. The system makes possible the communication of instructions and information from one end of the organization to the other. Another aspect of the system is its replicability and expansion capacity. The system can be set up in any organization. The system can be expanded or contracted as per the size of the organization.
