Has anyone checked out her site?

Recently a few people I know have told me about a website by a lady called Maria Gudelis. They say she has a very informative website on real estate and real estate investment. I haven’t had time to go check out the website myself yet, but I was wondering whether anyone else had, and whether they had anything to say about it. Is the website worth checking out? Is the information on the web page useful to those who are interesting in real estate investments? We are thinking of getting our feet wet in this area and are looking for some tips to get started.
