It is important to find out the basic requirements of a job before applying for it

How is it possible to apply for a job while you have not even known what the company that you are applying for requires from you? This is what I would refer to as complete ignorance and I have been practicing it for more than enough times already. Each time I hear that there is a job in staffordshire that is being advertised, I never take the time to find out what they need from the applicants, I just go ahead and apply then drop my cv, then later on I learn that they needed different applications from the ones that I had dropped earlier. The funny thing is that I never get to learn from experience, and so I keep on repeating the same mistakes by applying elsewhere without first of all finding out what is needed. Most of all, I have a feeling that I will never get a job if I continue like this. I am even surprised at my self because it is not that I do not know what I am supposed to do, it is just that I am too excited when I hear that there is a vacant and immediately I apply hoping that my application will be the first to reach the main offices. Even if my application is the first, it is disqualified because it does not have what they are looking for. There are tamworth admin jobs that I have just heard of and I will try and wait till I find out the requirements before I apply. Maybe this is the only chance that I will get of applying and being called for the job because I used the correct information that they will be looking for in the first place.
