Retain More Business With a Client Newsletter

In a time and season of business where everything seems to be done at the speed of fast, faster, and fastest, it’s refreshing to note that the written word is still a prominent player when it comes to business-to-client communication. Research — as well as experience — has taught the business and service provider communities that the best way to maintain positive corporate relationships is through direct communication. And one of the oldest — and still one of the best — is the client newsletter. By keeping in touch with their clients, at least once a month at a minimum, businesses stand a much better chance at retaining business.
