When we hired Trinity Insight it was initially to work with us in developing a viable web site. Now that we are up and operating we use them for their web analytics consulting services. They monitor what we are doing web wise and provide meaningful intelligence in the areas of navigating our site, the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, what our site visitors do once they are on our site, search analysis and content analysis. They are able to keep us on the radar and getting the most out of our e commerce efforts. We have progressed from the I wonder why stage to the so this is why stage.
