The right way for the food critics

I have a friend that is a gourmet chef, and he has been teaching me quite a few things about the way to prepare food, and how to taste it, and eat it. Did you know that the way you put your food in your mouth can determine whether or not you get all the right flavors as a combination in your mouth at the right time. I guess he learned all this when he was reading about How-to start a restaurant. You want to know those things when you have food critics that are going to come and sample your food.
