The Road To Real Estate Riches

Living in South Florida I had always assumed that all of the wealthy real estate investors knew something I didn’t. Sort of like a secret club.

But, when I became close friends with an investor, he just laughed at that idea. He explained that there is nothing magic or quick about making money in real estate.

In fact, he said he learned by trial and error that he needed to set a goal and then make sure he networked with other real estate professions. He added that he had been lucky enough to find a mentor when he was just beginning real estate investing.

He was able avoid a lot of mistakes and suggested that every new investor should try to find a mentor.

My friend’s explanation encouraged me so much that I am now studying real estate and he is about to become my new mentor.
