What a day! Today my son was unwilling to go to school. It really took me a lot of time to coax him out of bed. As we stumble down the stairs and take our place in the kitchen, I glanced at the clock; we are running late. However, I wasn’t too disturbed by that. Whatever calm that I had was thrown out of the window when I my arm was burnt by the hot toaster’s body! It was not a serious burn but it could have been worse if it was my son in the situation. Well, the manufacturers are going to hear a lot of my complaints through letters and reviews in those toasters reviews websites. By the way, I’m just glad that it was me and not any of the kids.

When my  husband was told that his new son-in-law was doing a small renovation project in the house he bought him and our daughter, he was not very pleased to say the least. I would lik to think that I am a pretty creative person when it comes to designing things that are important to me. If I really need to come up with a great idea about something that I care about, the ideas usually start flowing quickly. This is why I thought coming up with bathroom tile ideas would be a simple, straightforward process that wouldn’t take very long. Boy was I wrong. I have been slamming my head against this thing for almost a month now, but that amazing idea just hasn’t come to me yet. I’m thinking of checking out one of those design magazines.
