doing pull ups

what are some of  the best ways that are out there that will build up your back and get you into the shape of your life. it is your back that tells trhe power of a man and it is a tough muscle group tp train to. it takes alot of effort and tough exercises. pull ups ae one of those exercises. add them to your exercise program.alot of people these days can not even do one pull up; this is because it takes strength to do  it and you have to work to get it. but the thing here is that pull ups are one of those exercises that are really good and work the best for back development.
