Just be Sure About Your Time

You need to be sure that you have the time to workout, and it is very important that you make this time. It all depends on your goals and your circumstances as to which one you want to use. If you are just getting started in weight training, and you do not have a foundation of strength to go on, then building that strength first is what is most important.

Full body workouts are good for building that foundation, because all of your muscle groups are getting worked in the same workout, and then you rest them all at the same time.  It is all about exercise and nutrition.  Having a limited amount of time to train is another reason that many people choose to do full body workouts. You may take longer in the gym but you only have to workout 3 days a week.

Muscle group splits are really effective at developing each muscle group to the max. This kind of attention to each and every muscle is how you develop your physique to the max.

It is also a good way to balance your physique too.  You want to be muscle building. You can isolate whatever the muscle group is that you are working that day and really zero in on a movement that will help you to bring that area up to match the rest of your physique.  I like to be sure that I am doing the right kind of exercises that will make all of the difference. This is what you want to be doing.
