My Healthy Husband

When I first met my husband, he was following an Alkaline Diet. I was not very familiar with this kind of dieting plan. He told me that he was only to eat fresh items such as fruits and vegetables. He introduced me to some very interesting recipes. For instance, he makes a fresh fruit salad with strawberries and pineapple. I am so happy that I married a healthy man. I know that we will be saving our hearts a lot of trouble by staying thin and fit. I have considered following a gluten free diet as well, just to try to watch my carbohydrates.
