new goals

heavy weights are what in have been using and it is the best thing that  can do ot be sure that i am getitng the results tha ti really want to get and tha tis teh bottom line here because that is what really works to get the job done the way that i want to get it done and tha tis fir sure. i make the workouts that i do as short and as intense as i can get them and it works out pretty good to,. i want to get a stronger back and that is one of the goals that i have.
