Where to Get Strength Training at a Columbia Gym

Mike and Andy decided that they wanted to get into muscle building. They were not sure where to start and Mike suggested that they stop by one of the local gyms to see if they could offer advice. When they stopped at the columbia gym on their way home from work, they met one of the trainers. Mike explained what they wanted to accomplish and how much time they had available. The trainer suggested that they get into a group class called group power. He told them that they would have 60 minutes of barbell training. He told them that it would work all their major muscles.
