Diet tips to reduce menopause symptoms

Sugar provides ‘empty’ calories – calories that provide nothing else in the way of protein, fiber, vitamins or minerals – so it makes sense to cut down on sugar where you can.

Water

Throughout menopause, as at other times, it is important to drink sufficient water. Among other essential reasons, unless your body is properly hydrated, it will lack the resources to keep your vaginal tissue lubricated (which a natural progesterone cream will also help with). An easy way to check to see if you’re drinking enough fluid is to take a look at your urine; if you are drinking enough it should be a light yellow color. If it’s a dark yellow, you’re not drinking enough.
