Do you have Panic Attacks

A friend of mine used to suffer from panic attacks on a fairly regular basis. It wasn’t until he began to learn bio-rhythm meditation that he could get out of the attack before he was totally debilitated. I don’t know if this will work for everyone but I do know it worked for him. He now lectures at a variety of college campus’s. I know there are many drugs that are supposed to be helpful and I don’t know if they work or not. I just know what my friend used as a Panic Attack Treatment and that it works for him and many others. If you suffer from panic attacks check it out for yourself.
