Eye Makeup Tips for Individuals With Small Eyes

As may be expected, there are a number of eye makeup tips available to help make your eyes look bigger.  Basically, you will use successively darker eye shadow colors in order to create this impression.  The first, or lightest colored layer will cover the upper portion of your eyelid, and extend up to the eyebrows.  The second layer will  cover most of your upper eyelid.  Next, apply a fairly dark shadow along the lower edge of your eye.  Ideally, it should extend outward, but not into the temple area.  Finally, apply eyelash liner so that the top line meets the bottom one.
