For Six-Pack Abs, Diet Is the Key
These days every guy will tell you he would love to have a washboard stomach. But very few actually do. So why is it so difficult?
Perhaps the reason is that diet is the key to six-pack abs. And the type of diet you need to follow is very strict.
For your stomach muscles to become visible, your body fat percentage needs to fall below about ten percent (for men). Achieving a body fat percentage this low is only possible if you are a very disciplined eater.
Professional body builders will tell you that diet is at least sixty percent of the battle. Too much cheating with fattening, sugary, or salty foods will ruin your chances of every seeing those stomach muscles.
So if you want six-pack abs, obtain a diet plan from a body building book or from a similar site on the Internet. Then follow that guide closely, and don’t cheat!
