Imagine Getting Younger by Eating Grapes
I am an a health nut. I always read the labels on the products that I buy and never ingest anything that isn’t healthy and nutritious. On television, concerning a report about Resveratrol 60 Minutes interviewed a number of people that made some convincing claims about the health benefits of red grapes. In the skin of red grapes is a chemical called resveratrol. Though it has not been extensively tested on humans, resveratrol really seems to hold some promise. I am currently studying up on the subject and plan on reporting my findings to my friends. If there is any truth to these claims, I will happily begin adding more red grapes to my daily diet.
