Incorporate Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle Into Your Life Today

My father, with all due respect, has never been a shining example of staying in shape. He has recently, however, taken up the cause for a healthier lifestyle.

He’s been actively doing his best to eat better, incorporate moderate exercise into his daily regimen, and use a variety of supplements.
