On the road to losing weight everyone has a goal. The problem begins for some people when the goals seem to far away or to unattainable. The best thing to do is set weekly and monthly goals. You goals shouldn’t be too easy but should be goals you can meet with just enough effort. Consult with your trainer or weight loss coordinator for setting fat loss goals that work along with your current exercise and diet plan. This will give you something to look for. Do not get overwhelmed if you don’t quite make it the first time, adjust your goal and try harder next time.
