Take it Slow
We live in a society of impatience and instant gratification. If we see something we want, even if it is something we can’t afford right now, we buy it. Weight-loss is no different. Everyone wants to lose weight fast, when in actuality, losing weight a little bit at a time is more healthy and will be easier to keep off if it isn’t done all at once. Of course, I am like everyone else, and if I don’t see great results right away, I am tempted to quit my new diet and exercise program. But, to lose weight fast, without changing your lifestyle is a recipe for disaster.
