Weight Loss Program – Reasons Why You Do Not Lose Weight

It’s funny to read questions in the forum asking which is the best weight loss program despite most of them have already joined a program. Are you one of them?I will explore a few reasons why people are not able to lose weight despite having joined a program:(1) I know most people cannot avoid their favorite junk food and they hope to find a program that allows them to eat their favorite food and yet still losing weight. Remember such program does not exist. You need to give up your favorite food and focus on eating healthy foods;(2) Most people hope they can still lies on the couch to watch their favorite television program without doing any exercises and still lose weight. Without doing any exercises your body would not able to increase their metabolism and burn your fat away.
