Why It’s Important To Take Vitamins When Dieting

Although many of the free online diets out there are successful, they still don’t tell you the importance of you taking vitamins when you’re on a diet.  What is dieting?  It’s cutting food from your diet.  And although you are replacing some of that food with more health conscience and nutritious food, you are still not getting the same amount of vitamins and minerals as before.  That can be a problem as some of these vitamins are needed to assist in you losing weight.  It all can be solved if you taking a vitamin complex (i.e. Centrum) daily.
