Will I Get Bored?
Usually when I start working out with a set of exercises I end up getting bored within a few weeks. Doing the same exercises all the time makes me want to stop working out. I have recently heard a lot of good things about Craig Ballantyne’s workout book Turbulence Training. I was thinking about buying it, but then I decided I’d better find out more first. Will I get bored with this workout? Does it have you just doing one set of exercises all the time, or does it give you a bunch of different options so that you change your workout often?
