Some companies need to change the way they offer their services

I am not the kind of person that you will find using the internet all the time because I do not like typing first of all and I only have room for practical stuff which is something you will rarely get online. All the information that is given online has already been researched and there is nothing that you can add here so you have to concentrate on other things like I do to ensure that I practically get involved in the inventions and all the other necessary processes which are included. I am only using online services now because I want to file a complain over some kind of heritage roofing services which I received when I needed for me new home to be fixed with a new roofing system. I had chosen roof slating as the kind of roof which I needed over my head in a house that I recently constructed. I was very disappointed with the kinds of services which I got because they never seemed to have any importance and so they got me thinking that these services which we choose online are not as qualified as they state themselves to be. I do not want to be the person who will discourage people from trusting online services, but then personally I did not appreciate the services that I applied for. It has only been one month and with all the rains that uk is receiving, my house has already started having a leaking roof problem. They keep on postponing the day when they will come to make repairs and I am fed up with them, which is why I have gone online.
