I always have a thing for companies when it comes to hiring professional services. I always believe that professionals working on their own are better in service delivery because they have everything to lose in case they deliver poor quality services as compared to those working in a company, who have nothing to lose but the company loses in the end. That is why I would rather choose a single ply roofer working on his own whenever I have a building that require roofing than to hire the services of a Nuneaton roofing company. There is nothing wrong with companies that are strict in hiring and service delivery of their workers though, because there are companies in the country who hire only experienced people, and they are so keen on the responses of their clients after a certain worker has delivered the company’s services. But this does not mean that all companies are the same. Maybe this should tell companies that there is something wrong with them especially the companies which are not keen on management and employee motivation. If an employee is properly motivated, there is no doubt that he will work at his best and deliver services on time. But an employee whose management is only keen on what he will bring to the company and not what it can do in order to make the employee deliver the services better, will in no doubt deliver shady services. It is time to look into our employees and think of ways in which we can help them help the company. When you will help them accordingly, they will definitely be of great service to the company.
