Cooking is Fun With the Wok!
I love cooking with my wok, I get that deep pan out and immediately my imagination runs wild! Tonight is some cubed up bits of steak mixed with pea pods and onions and garlic and some crunchy bok choy along with a simple sauce mixed from soy sauce and teriyaki with some scallions chopped up. Cook up some rice while the stir frying is going and and dinner is served in a very short time! The wok’s shape makes cooking quick and hot in the center while the upper parts are for keeping things warm after they have cooked. It is a joy to cook dinner in the wok!
