Do I really need solid proof?
Do you have a cheating spouse? Are you getting a divorce because of him/her? If so, you had better be sure to have proof of the cheating. Many times, a victim spouse is told that they don’t need concrete proof of cheating, the court will just trust them on this. This advice can be found all over the internet from ‘infidelity experts’ but they are wrong. You need solid proof of cheating because your testimony is biased. Your friends and family’s testimonies are also biased against the cheating spouse. That’s why you need proof. Your best bet is to hire a private investigator, but financially you may not be able to do that. In that case, you can do your own surveillance, but be prepared to see some things you won’t like.
