How to Become Jewish

Traditionally, men had to be circumcised (if they were not already) if they wanted to convert to the Jewish faith. Today, less emphasize is placed on formal rituals. If you want to become jewish, the key is learning about the beliefs of the faith. Different sects of Judaism have different requirements. Some require you to have a Rabbi "sponsor" you, ensuring that you learn all about your new religion. However, all modern-day Jewish sects welcome converts as way to spread their message and the values of their faith.
