Learning from a Real Estate Coach
Testing out a house when starting out in real estate investment is key. I learned that frmo my real estate coach ages go and will never forget it. I would enter the house, make sure the electric works if it is turned on, check the plumbing by running the water and flushing the toilet if the water is turned on. If it is not turned on you can look in the places where the pipes would be, like under the sinks and around the tubs, showers and toilets to see if there is any water damage. If there is a basement go in there and see if you can smell mold or can see signs of water damage by bad pipes. Finding cheap homes become easier when you have the right tools.
