Just about ready to buy my own
I trained for my pilots license on a Cessna 172 and fell in love with this dandy plane. I will be getting my own plane in a few weeks and have been doing some research on availability of Cessna 172 Parts. It turns out the they are readily available both locally and over the net. With 4 seats and a range of just under 800 miles my friends and I can go a lot of places and there are many small airports and landing strips within easy reach. There is a small airport close to where I live but I am thinking of putting in a landing strip right on my property so I can just go out the back door and into the plane. I am checking on all the regs I need to comply with.
