Healthy Vegan Cooking
I have long been a vegetarian and to be honest, I am getting a little burned out on the choices that I have for food. I have even gained weight over the years and I think it is because of my protein choices. I would like to find an alternative way to eat and cook that would spice up my cooking and amuse my pallet. I am evening thinking about attending a vegetarian culinary school for awhile to see if I can hone my talent and love for the vegetarian lifestyle into a career choice after the school is done.
