Help if You’re an Executor of an Estate

When my brother-in-law passed away my husband was the executor of his estate. He was responsible for seeing that his brother’s wishes were carried out and the estate settled. It involved selling two pieces of property in two different states. We live in Maryland and the properties were in Florida and Tennessee. We needed to find a probate attorney in Florida and one in Tennessee. I have to admit that it was like having a monkey on our backs for the year the estate had to be open, but the probate attorneys took care of all the matters at hand and made it very easy for us.
