Problems Encountered During Automated Software Testing
When undergoing through software testing, one should know where the focus is instead of going all over the place. There was a study that said that for most companies, who use Automated Software Testing problem resolution is a highly inefficient process. Users and programmers use the major part of the time just identifying and trying to recreate problems that they discovered during unit testing and those that were submitted by the pre-production test/QA team, and those problems that increased during application support. So the testers are bogged down similarly with documenting problems that they encounter and the constant communication with the other members of the team about these problems.
