Short lessons are the best

One of the things that I like about pursuing education online is that the lessons are generally kept very short — lengthy sections of material are broken up into bite sized sections so that they can be more easily and quickly absorbed by the student. One of the problems in trying to learn from textbooks and manufacturers computer manuals is that these printed references often contain very long chapters — and it’s quite easy to get lost in the midst of one of them, which really slows down your studying efforts a great deal. Yes, all in all I find great value in having material that is structured as a series of short lessons, instead of long ones.
